When John’s own disciples heard him point to Jesus, Jesus invited them with those three words. We’re glad to say them to you. Join us Sundays at 8:30 AM in Algoma.
Plan Your VisitAt every worship service, Jesus Christ is present with us and transforms sinners into saints and makes the dead to live eternally. Those are nothing short of miracles. I invite you to come and experience that at a worship service at St. John's.

The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) is a denomination that confesses the historic, orthodox Christian faith, a faith built on “the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone” (Eph. 2:20). The LCMS, headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., is mission-oriented and Bible-based. LCMS doctrine reflects the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther, as summarized in The Book of Concord: The Confessions of the Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Casco, Wisconsin, has a story shaped by the people who built businesses, worked the land, and helped a small village grow in the heart of Kewaunee County. Founded in the 1850s by Edward Decker, who named the settlement after his former home in Maine, Casco developed into a local center for commerce and agriculture. Today, its rural setting and convenient access to the Ahnapee State Trail make it part of the distinctive landscape of northeastern Wisconsin.
Just a short drive away in Algoma, St. John’s Lutheran Church offers something enduring in a changing world: the assurance of God’s grace through Jesus Christ. Here, faith is nurtured through the faithful teaching of Scripture and the historic Lutheran confession, and worship draws us back to the promises God has made to us in His word and sacraments. If you live in Casco, we invite you to make St. John’s part of your Sunday routine. We're an easy drive down WI-54 into Algoma, and you’ll be welcomed to join us in worship and hear the good news of Christ’s forgiveness and salvation.
