When John’s own disciples heard him point to Jesus, Jesus invited them with those three words. We’re glad to say them to you. Join us Sundays at 8:30 AM in Algoma.
Plan Your VisitAt every worship service, Jesus Christ is present with us and transforms sinners into saints and makes the dead to live eternally. Those are nothing short of miracles. I invite you to come and experience that at a worship service at St. John's.

The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) is a denomination that confesses the historic, orthodox Christian faith, a faith built on “the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone” (Eph. 2:20). The LCMS, headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., is mission-oriented and Bible-based. LCMS doctrine reflects the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther, as summarized in The Book of Concord: The Confessions of the Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Luxemburg, Wisconsin, is a friendly village in the heart of Kewaunee County, surrounded by farmland and just a short drive east of Green Bay. The community takes its name from the Luxembourgers who settled this part of northeast Wisconsin in the 1800s, and that heritage of faith, hard work, and strong family ties still shapes the area today. Our congregation gathers in Algoma, where we come together around the Word and Sacraments and the promise of God’s grace in Christ. If you live in Luxemburg, we would love to have you join us! We sit right on WI-54, about 15 minutes east. We'd love to have you.
